酒店唯一的优点就是地理位置好。饭菜是真不好吃。物价也贵。喝茶时不小心打碎了一个垫玻璃茶杯的碟子，茶还没喝完，就有服务员跑过来说要帮我打包剩下的杯子，说杯碟一套赔偿20元。有点不爽。

位置不错，周围环境好，交通方便。旁边有公交站。去码头还有接送车。设施一般，不太符合自称的五星。淋浴头破旧，出热水较慢。服务人员态度蛮好的。酒店的餐厅较小，吃饭时间很容易位子不足。不过菜品口味不错，基本上在岛上的饮食都在酒店餐厅解决。酒店送的小礼包蛮好的，两串佛珠，一份手抄经。
