酒店有免费班车接送客人往返码头与酒店，由于入住前一天大雾轮渡封航，当天通航后还接到了酒店的电话通知我们已经恢复通航了，可见酒店在服务上注重细节人性化，入住时，前台服务态度很好，还送了欢迎伴手礼，十分精致的崖柏手串，相当接地气的礼物，迎合了普陀山佛教圣地的氛围。酒店房间很干净，周边环境也很雅致，楼层服务员赵曼的服务很热情，下次还会首先雷迪森入住

之前住过，特别喜欢雷迪森的素斋和海鲜，今年还是选择住这儿，家庭亲子房更适合爸爸妈妈+大一点的娃，小房间无电视无窗。直营渠道的老客户会送早餐，艺龙携程算代理商，没有早餐送，不开心！！！关注禅意雷迪森有早餐-20的券，早餐味道还不错。亲子的话还是要极力推荐这里的！客房服务赵漫姐姐给我们家小朋友特地送来了小朋友的拖鞋、浴袍、牙刷，还有3只可爱的小乌龟，儿子超开心的！以后普陀之行还是会选择雷迪森！

酒店位于岛的中部，出行方便，出酒店大门就有去各处的公交车，酒店干净，入住时赠送佛珠一套，迷你吧的饮料茶水全部免费的，最值得夸奖的是酒店的服务，从卢副总到大堂经理到服务人员都很敬业，态度友善，服务热情，值得推荐的五星酒店。

服务很好，有车在码头接送，，房间比较紧凑，毕竟09年的装修到现在也还算干净，感谢客房服务赵漫的热心服务，明年来普陀优先考虑雷迪森
