能给0分的话我给0分。具体如下：1.服务差，网上预付款订的两间带外窗的摩登大床房，到店给开的是阁楼没窗户的房间。这种房间房价每间要便宜100元以上，要求酒店换房间，给到的回复是有房间给就不错了。2.卫生差，两间房间的床单被套多处有疑似血迹状污渍，经多次长时间交涉才愿意更换。3.房间设施陈旧，一间房间卫生间的玻璃门不能正常开关，需用力拉、推才能开、关门，很担心开关过程中门会破损，要求换房间或修复未果。4.房间无热水。

房间就一个灯，其余全坏，卫生间也就一个灯，其余全坏，而且还是小的射灯，昏暗！叫他换房间也不换，他答应来修，离店了，也没有来换，台盆下水，坏的，刷个牙的水都下不去，淋浴龙头的水，小的可怜，身上肥皂泡都冲不掉。压根对不起这个328元一晚的价格
