本次出行是同程订房中最差一次，到店后两个多小时在大堂等着，耽误了景点都没去成，这次我订了一个酒店房，又订了同一酒店+景点套餐，订单都成功，结果去了前台只给一个标房，另一标间说没有（没有收到同程订房信息），要我自己联系同程，打了不止15次同程电话（同程间酒店，酒店+景点相互推诿），最后2个多小时以后，同程中酒店传给住宿酒店订单信息后才入住，其中同程中有个什么环节负责人，态度极差，说什么钱付给谁去找谁，去投诉什么的，
