住的普通标间，到了后突然给免费升级到商务标间了，觉得不错！环境什么的都很不错，正值圣诞节，还有苹果送；早餐是自助餐，味道不错，就是觉得海味不够多，和所在地舟山有点不符；本来应该给设施打5分的，少1分的原因是两个：拖鞋和马桶。拖鞋不是一次性的，总觉得公用很不舒服，马桶应该是还可以，但是冬天用光屁股马桶，大家都懂得……也就这些了，不过服务真的不错！

环境不错，态度和蔼，出行方便，比较安静，适合住宿。自助早餐品种较少，口味一般，没有变化。大堂里吸烟的人太多，即使路过，也是一身烟味，需要加强管理。

酒店环境不错，出行方便，比较安静。服务人员态度和蔼，主动打招呼，总台办理速度快。自助早餐品种较少，口味一般，四星酒店可能也只能这样了。大堂里吸烟的人太多，全是烟味，管理不到位。
