预定的时候显示有礼包 看下图 到酒店说没有这个活动 是以前的 我看中礼包第4 特地没有自驾车 酒店一直说是艺龙出错和他们不相干 只送了张橡皮艇的券 并答应离开时送去普陀客运站 确认后 就没计较别的 可临行突然变化说只送去公交站 自己搭公交去客运站 还说要投诉找艺龙 我一个消费者我做错了什么 我为什么要去承担你们和艺龙的失误？做酒店就是做服务 关键还有解决和处理问题的能力 冲你们这服务意识只能差评！

出来旅游度假的，定的套房去了没房，升级为别墅大床房，在海边，风景不错。酒店位置真的够偏僻，周边生活配套设施几乎没有，如果不是自驾就不要来了。严格意义上这里称不上酒店，所谓的度假别墅，我感觉就是把别墅区的样板房拿来出租，给客户体验以培养客户群，适合出来度假想远离尘嚣的人。
