马桶很脏叫个服务人员过来，还不乐意不情愿的。回来应该有车送码头，大堂经理让我们做小巴，说什么要很晚开车，结果我们去做小巴，酒店的车马上就去码头叫停根本不理。这个服务差成这样还那么贵，就站着位置好

科勒的马桶冲水要冲两次才能冲干净，这是要多久没维护了啊。一直觉得还挺干净的。结果临走了发现两只硕大的蟑螂。本来想投诉。想想算了。也不忍杀生。就随它去了。副楼挺清静的。就是一直处于没人管的状态。地理环境是极好的。如果不是这个地理环境。我恐怕是不会在这住的。一直都说。普陀山佛好，就是人次了点。

房间设施好，床单被子质量很好，而且洗得很干净，在楼旁可以看到酒店的自己洗涤部，卫生有保障。但卫生间类似开放式，有点不习惯。

整体来说很不错，到时己经很晚下船后有车到停车场去接，房间很干净，就是被孑有些潮湿，空气很好，距离普济寺很近！

环境不错，离普济寺很近，4号楼要爬2层台阶，有老人随行的要注意点 其他都很OK！宾馆提供了免费的接船、送船服务，赞一个！
