超级垃圾，我们在网上提前订的两晚比在前台订的还贵差不多200，网上预定舒适标准间每晚572，有朋友和我们一起过去的在前台入住的价格是每晚380。服务态度也恶劣，我们退房时就说我们拿走了一支笔，在住进去时我们也没看到有什么笔，非让我们赔，才10块钱，去普陀山那么虔诚的拜佛，哪有人能偷东西啊，还是一支笔，我们说没拿，前台也不理，也不再去找找，就让我们赔，这不是钱的问题，是诚信的问题，前台也不能证明他们把笔放在那里了，说的有点多，太气愤了，以后永远不会入住
