这次入住，体验感极差……
1.听说携程预订的，感觉特不受待见
入住时升级了房间，又预付了500押金，结果前台来电说押金不够，携程的押金跟她们没关系，晕了我……
然后，因为第二天中午因为要参加婚宴，想申请延迟到下午两点退房，结果，前台一听说携程预订，毫无商量余地的口气告知不可能！
2:两张房卡有张刷不出，第二天出去时特地跟前台说了这个情况，结果再次刷卡还是刷不出…….等房务开门，等了好久，然后说不好意思，搞错房号了，汗……
3.入住时热水是黄色的，前台说等工程部来处理，结果等了好久，说是吃完饭马上过来……最后工程部来人说因为当天停电的缘故，导致水泵倒灌……
