服务真的一天世界，完全对不起这个价格，我们到酒店已经下午两点一刻了，长途跋涉坐大巴从上海赶过去想赶紧check in缓缓，结果告诉我们房间还没准备好，让我们把行李寄存再出去晃晃，都过了入住时间了但我们也没多说什么，就想问那行李可不可以直接等房间打扫好了送房间里，结果还告诉我们不行，因为不知道房间号只能寄存，回来后自己拎进去，对于到点还不能入住也没有任何歉意，然后一行四人去餐厅吃面，本来就饿得要死还等了足足三刻钟才上！后面第二天为了避免台风停航我们一早先办理了退房寄存行李，但其中有一个是切好的水果就问酒店能不能帮忙放冰箱，他们也没说不能就拿走了，等我们回来取行李发现水果就和其他行李放在一起的，都不能吃了只能扔掉！这酒店服务真的是太不专业了！！！也完全不推荐入住！
