服务员的态度蛮好的，就是设施一点也不像4星级酒店，头一天入住空调就是坏的不过第二天修好了。

房间很大，很宽敞。离普陀码头很近，自驾10分钟到。下次去普陀还住在这里。卫生细节上在加强一些。

酒店很干净。。还是值得住的，位置也特别好找，去普陀山开车十几分钟内就可以到达了，推荐推荐。

新装修，卫生条件不错。但是没有早餐。本来通过艺龙预订时说有双早。但到店以后说没有。通过酒店预订第二天去机场的出租，定时说好的第二天7:30，但到时总台说来不了。害我在路边等半天。另外这家酒店信用卡不能用的。总之以后不会再住这里了。
