每年来普陀山都住这里，综合服务都非常好??每次来所有客房都满了，要提前预定。游泳池家人很喜欢，主要是干净卫生。推荐！自助早餐也非常棒！

唯一的遗憾是周边在修路，位置在新城，相信将来会非常棒的。这里滴滴叫车和初中车非常方便，长途客运站也很近。房间舒适，最好玩的是机器人给我送东西。最最棒的是这里的餐厅很给力，紧挨着后门还有高佳庄，我连吃了两次。酒店的后面的大公园非常美，窗户看出去更美啦！最后一张图片就是那个机器人，一边走一边用稚嫩的声音说"有好评，我妈妈会给我糖吃的"，太可爱啦。我呆的时间太短了，以后争取再来！

实在是失望透顶，从没住过如此之差的五星酒店，无论是硬件还是软件。值班经理推卸责任的本事一流，过程不想赘述，只想说绝对不会有第二次，也不会推荐给亲朋好友们！

早餐不错，跟一对一服务管家要了吸烟房。阳台上面风景不错。
特别表扬五月二号中午前台的那位小哥哥，帮我办了退房。态度非常好，服务很到位。
