自认为定了很不错的酒店，但是我完全错了😅。15天前订的两个房间，居然被放在了两个楼的不同楼层，需要到一楼才能到另外房间，和老人小孩沟通真是不方便，这个就忍了；入住碰到新人办理，很慢，感觉培训不到位，这个也忍了；第二天晚上9点左右到酒店，一个房间居然没打扫，可能小朋友按到免打扰，这个一般酒店都会打扫的，也就算了。我们电话要求打扫后，居然换下的东西都不拿走，东西也没换全，这个也忍了；然后自己的床单换成照片这样的(忘了说不用换床单了)，我想问这是血吗？为什么床单会是这样的，你能忍受吗？退房反馈了情况，就拍照留下了照片，也没有感受到歉意，难道很平常吗😂😂。

前台的服务员都非常热情，自助餐厅东西不多但品质和口味都不错，房间很宽敞，阳台景色也很好哦，下次来还会入住～～酒店还有些小动物～
