能住四个人，但是卫生间只有楼下一个，对于楼上的人晚上上厕所，的确不方便。卫生设施还不错，开火费50元/天，餐具（锅碗瓢盆）38元/套。国庆假期价格还算合理。

这个公寓在鲁家峙大桥南面比较偏，好多外卖都送不到，只有桥北那么几家能送而且并没有什么好吃的，公寓周边好像刚开发一样没有市场商店什么的买不了东西，不过河对岸到有好多海鲜排挡的，就是隔了一座桥比较远一定要开车去，想散步的话会累死的。还有就是公寓里都没有厨具可以用，还要花钱租的，还要收开火的费用，第一次碰到，觉得很坑。（一点体会大家参考参考！）

loft的设计，卧室在上面，可以看到海景，各项设施还算比较完善，但是用炤台和锅具的都要另外付钱，这点没有我以前住过的公寓好，酒店苍蝇超级多，建议装灭蝇灯。否则飞来飞去的很不舒服。走道里很吵，还有装修的味道。但是因为价位低，所以性价比还算可以。

酒店各方面都不错，性价比比较高，美中不足的是开个火要收50元的额外收费，不过买些海鲜煮起来还是很方便的，好评～
