酒店服务太差了，三星的价格，小旅店的服务，小旅店的服务都比他好，订了2个豪华单人房间，结果只给了一间豪华一间普通的！气死我了！老婆一夜没睡好，我给朋友解释了，到总台询问，结果总台服务员爱理不理的！无语
