    服务非常好，特别感谢一下王洋！特别礼貌，宾至如归，祝您越来越好！第一次住在这里，距离普济寺非常近，几乎是挨着，去普济寺上早课也非常方便，交通也很便利，之前一直住在其他酒店，才发现新宝藏，下次和爸妈来再住这里。感谢！

    第一次到舟山，整体体验非常满意，没有选择旺季来，非常明智的选择！酒店是国营企业，服务标准周到，设施完善。盛经理周到热情，酒店有到码头的接送机服务。位置也很方便，旁边就是步行街！下次回来还住这里。

    什么都好离普济寺最近，.门口迎宾的小哥也很热情。就是房间挂着禁烟标志，管理跟不上，对面房间开着房门几根连几根，抽的过道里烟雾缭绕，从门缝里都等关进烟味，只有在前台的建议下在这几天不到5度的天气下开窗通风了！希望酒店能分区域来优化一下！

    第三年来普陀，也是第三年入住息耒小庄。每年来都会住在这里，房间舒适，服务热情，距离寺院、百步沙、车站都超级方便，特别是去上早课，完全没有负担，几分钟就到。酒店内的餐厅菜品也好吃。早餐也满意。 前台服务热情，上船时打电话下船就有车接，有问必答，会帮忙拿行李，帮忙指路，特别是盛经理超级Nice，双手点赞????????

    970多块的酒店，坦白説非常失望，1.一个是进去之后先给了我们一楼最边上最偏僻的房间（采光极差），厕所破旧，实在受不了，让前台换了个对面至少有阳光的房间。但是一拉开窗帘，建筑垃圾随意堆砌，房间也非常小，这个价格换来这样的房间（还是普陀山淡季都没有什么人）真的大呼被骗。2.隔音极差，早上七点多就听到外面走廊人来人往，隔壁按门铃的声音听的像按我房间的门铃，真的睡的一点也不好。3.设施老旧，这么马桶让我有80年代老家马桶的感觉… 4. 中午退房的时候还遇到有顾客因为接送车没安排到位而生气，只能説管理是蛮混乱的。 第三年来普陀山了，之前都是住xxx大酒店，这次想试试不一样的，这家地理位置优越，价格也比较高，评价也比较好，想着肯定不差，真的还是蛮失望的。
