海边最高的一栋公寓楼，位置不错，风景好，停车免费。设施很好，有电磁炉可以去菜场买海鲜自己做，价格公道且每家都一样价格。新鲜的东西就是不一样，吃在嘴里甜度高，口感和经过运输的天壤之别。房间里既有中央空调，又带地暖，这是不多见的。房间外有个大阳台，当天下雨了雾蒙蒙的，没看到晴天的海景。
