First of all, we booked the hotel because of the location that is close to the HZMB port. Only few minutes drive away by taxi and 17 min walk away from Xiawan Yejian Snack Street. We requested for a room near the elevator, but upon check-in, the staff said all rooms are fully booked and gave us a room at the 9th floor where there is no elevator, so we had to climb 1 floor of stairs to go to the room (can take elevator to 8th floor). They sent 1 elderly staff to “help” to carry the luggage, but in the end we had to carry them ourselves because we had 2 large luggage and 1 small one. Room is not so clean, the toilet, bathtub, shower, bed, windows were dirty and had marks and dirt on them. Amenities were not complete, the soap and shampoo felt cheap and bad quality. No laundry bag, no tea or coffee or sugar were provided. Only toothbrush & toothpaste, comb, vanity kit, and sandals were provided. The windows in the room kept banging on the walls as wind came so we couldn’t sleep at night, it was very loud banging every few minutes. The staff was not friendly at all, they knew we couldn’t speak Chinese and kept on speaking to us in Chinese without any initiative to take out any translation devices or apps. The breakfast only had very few options so don’t have high expectations.

设施：灯光非常暗，不咋明亮吧，个人感觉设施设备都很老旧了，热水一点都不热，也是很搞笑的，嗳气这边也没有，呼，那个熊也是真的脏‘不説了不説了，早餐种类也很少，除了粉，其他都不用説了，也没啥加的多少～可能就来这一次把，服务也很一般啦‘不説了。不説了，

房间比较旧，设施也一般，乾湿分区很失败，鞋子一下子就湿了。跟网上的图片差距有点大。

前台服务太好了，小姐姐超级温柔的，酒店还有亲子房，换了亲子房小朋友好开心，有帐篷有浴缸，太多惊喜了哈哈哈
