位置很好，近商业区，近饮食区，近公交车站。
房间比预计的小，设施有损坏。
和携程沟通有问题，前两次订房客人到了都说没收到订单。这次客人不高兴了，才查到有。

适合科技园客户使用距离近离市区也不远。周围配套齐全，靠近派出所。饮食购物都很方便。交通和可以直达香洲，拱北，横琴。特别是在科技园范围商务住宿非常合适。新装修虽不高档，一般利用也可以满足了，性价比高。值得推荐。
