首先感谢同程客服最终把房间给我落实了，但真的已经很晚了，当然答应我6:20前解决，到6:18分才终于解决了，前一晚订好的酒店，都短信通知我订好了，结果到了酒店说没有确认我的订单。我打客服问问情况，一转二转三转，终于有人帮我解决，到6点15分，酒店给我说只有一个房间了。再说下酒店麻将房，还是说给我免费升级，酒店少赚了900元，弄得我赚了大便宜，里面那设备，是15年的吗？楼下KTV和夜宵档，一直到深夜3点才消停，早上5点就开始了，我第二天一早6:50就退房了。严选不是不错嘛？
