地理位置好。交通方便，离拱北口岸及口岸商城很近约15O米，离长途汽车站约5O米。
酒店设置有些陈旧了，早餐单调，除了位置好，其它无可取之处。

服务极差，进到房间发现墙都是发霉了，床单也没有换过，找前台房间说没有单间大床房，换标准间要加钱！前台服务都没有心事积极解决问题的态度！
