  没有入住，但是显示我入住了。下午三点订的酒店，不到一个小时有一行程变动需要更改酒店。酒店说没有权利取消订单。小程序没有任何协商之地能不能更换酒店？或许收取部分违约金。全部没收了房费的百分百。
