不是第一次住这间酒店，平时也去里面吃饭，但是每次！注意！是每次！你都会被前台气得要死，听他们说话的感觉像在命令你做事情，而且已经不是第一次把客人的身份证忘记在复印机里了。那个戴眼镜的前台小姐，我对你意见很大，你都忘了你是在做服务行业了吧。
