整体一般，厕所板也是烂的，毛巾超级旧，洗漱用品要钱的，不过服务员的服务不错，需要什么都可以送到房门口。

元旦之前就订了珠海的一家旅馆，元旦出行时间太晚赶不上，在网上担保了，但不知道是如何与旅馆对接，到最后旅馆说没房了，没收到担保的信息。艺龙客服推荐的这家，去到才发现，酒店不是一般的脏、乱、差。浴室绝对没搞过卫生，吹风机也是坏的，连个烧水壶也没有。放了两个杯子，有一个的杯盖还被放进柜子里，真怀疑有没有换过床单被套，墙面很潮湿，都发霉了。让人住得很不舒服，若不是元旦期间到处满房，绝对不会住进去。周围没有商铺，想吃饭都难，只有一个很小很少东西的小卖部。唯一能说得过去的就是离拱北口岸算是很近。很失望的一次预订。。。。。。服务不位。这么差的环境还推荐给客人。
