明明在ctrip訂了房間，然後直接去，去到的時候我給了身分證給前枱 但他們說找不到，結果要打給Ctrip聯繫. 最後找了很久才發現是我的英文拼音訂的。但我身分證上有寫的 理應好好看清楚。環境還好 對得住這價格.
