酒店外观和内部设施比较陈旧，楼道里有股味道，楼下有KTV和吃饭的地方，离酒店不远有一个珠海很有名的粥铺。

设施比较旧，楼下是KTV，楼道里味道不好，房间还算干净，附近吃饭的地方不多，但是有个在珠海很有名的粥铺，特别好，人很多。
