去到说要身份证登记，我们家人有的都拿给她们过机了，还有我家人有一位是在珠海身份证说晚上在给她过机，结果那员工说报警，报就报了大年初2得，一家人气的一直在说这问题说我们不给身份证，哎这当然谁都会有脾气但是不要带着脾气上班是吧，我投诉不是为啥只是气常在这家住这太度，让人心寒，家人说以后在不到这酒店了气。

为了停车位从三点折腾到五点钟，酒店停车位喊半天没人开门，前台倒好，直接叫停停车场门口。第二天一大早打电话叫开车进停车场

空调很吵，最后只能放弃使用。浴室没有可移动的花洒，不太方便。隔音效果不是很好，室内灯光暗是好事，但没有可以调亮的就不好了，不能忍的是退房速度慢到没朋友。。。。其他都OK。但是这些体验很降分。
