酒店前台的服务不太好，办入住证件什么都要过去了半天才说要两点才能办，那干嘛还要收过去。
酒店这家餐厅没有夜茶吃，专门去老店吃了夜茶，比较普通。
早餐还可以，但是也是一开始只给第二天的票，第三天的还要自己去问前台拿。

超喜欢，每次去澳门都会住在这里，很舒服，马桶??，浴缸??，都特别好，自助早餐也不错，以后还会来住

离澳门出租车起步价的距离，过澳门很方便，附近美食也很多，二楼可以吃早茶跟海鲜，总体比较满意。

去到酒店才记得4、5年前就住过这间酒店的了，没什么变化，保持的很好，服务好，硬件设施，卫生也很好，这次带着两个小孩出门，他们也十分喜欢这酒店，口岸也近，很不错的酒店，值得推荐！

离拱北口岸很近打的起步价房间不是很宽敞预订的时候写着部份房间无窗，感觉没窗会很暗不舒服，办理入住前台告知房间带窗之前担心的事情就不是事啦住得舒适环境卫生干净，下次还会选择这里入住，总体来说还是不错的。
