服务差评，给了餐厅！早餐去吃饭，没有准时开门！因为我们要外出，掐着时间去吃饭的等了5分钟左右才开门。进去吃饭，除了面包点心类的上台了其它也没有什么，这不是应该全部准备好的吗！时间过去二十分钟了还差一些，开灯只开了1/5左右几桌人都是在黑灯瞎火中吃饭的！我找服务员让把灯打开，都不理我！我去找了门口的男士让开灯，也不理我！根本就没有回答！大概半个小时左右才把灯都打开！至此，餐品，也没上齐全。我着急走，就没有后续的点评了！房间还好，我不怎么挑剔。停车方便！停车场的管理员看见开车过去很积极帮忙找停车位，指挥停车！

距离珠江站比较近，不过带着孩子去长隆海洋世界打车时间不算短。但是房间包含的自助早餐有点鸡肋：我们都是亲子出行，每个房间每天两张早餐券，本想着把三天的早餐券都领过来，一家三口两天用完，再机动一天去二楼体验体验早茶，可是怎么沟通都不行。想问：酒店的管理能否灵活一些，人性化一点？
