入住的是高级房（没有窗），一进房间就开始检查房间的设施个物品，结果发现，淋浴间的沐浴露是用过的，只有一点点，明显没有跟换，寻找一个来回，没有一次性拖鞋，跟前台反应问题后立刻有服务员跟进问题。重点来了，准备外出宵夜。锁门，锁不不上，房间外面根本不用钥匙就能打开房间，更严重的是，在房间里面，把所有该锁上的锁都锁好了，外面的人也是不用钥匙就能打开房间，这，还能住吗？立刻通知前台换房间，前台告知同类型的房间已经满了，这时候，我提出两个选择，一、升级房间，就算整个酒店只剩下一个总统套房也要给我升级，因为房间问题不是我造成的。二，给我在隔壁的5星酒店开一个同类型的房间，费用酒店负责，因为我也是做酒店的，酒店对于这种情况下必须优先给客人解决问题。最后，酒店方面免费给升级的房间！
