酒店服务周到，当然除了楼层的搞卫生的阿姨，本来我们是开开心心继续入住，第二天就让我碰到一件不开心的事，希望酒店以后能让他们少说话多做事，如果客户不小心掉了东西还要听她指责，那还要让她搞卫生干什么？掉到桌子下面我们也看不见啊！还让我父母跟她道歉，跟她说了对不起还嘴上不饶人，硬要我发脾气才住嘴，是欺负我们是外地是不？我还真的是第一次碰到这样的事！好评是给前台服务员的，差评是给那位四楼春节搞卫生的阿姨的，希望你以后多做事少说话，认清自己的工作职责。。
