附近餐饮消费购物便利，位于金域华府内，刷小区门禁卡才能入内，家庭式配套，一应俱全，空间超大，阳台向东，面对小学，视野开阔，阳光充足，虽然装修有些少陈旧，但性价比也超高！

房子里面设施。算是很完善的了，有洗衣机，洗衣液，衣架，拖鞋，厨房有烧水壶微波炉基本上都齐了，附近就有超市，如果要买东西或者早上吃东西非常方便，小区环境很好，很幽静。
