非常不满意的一次入住。这次是家庭游入住海王星酒店，首先，办入住的前台人员，态度很差，特别是站中间那个女孩，像欠她几十万那样，三个客户，两个前台人员帮办理，居然办了差不多一个小时，才能办好，太慢了。然后我们去了神秘岛，订一个房间可以进两个人，要人面识别，我要小孩先进入，然后我家人，谁知道人面第一次识别后，以后那张房卡去玩哪种游戏或泡温泉，就只认定我小孩，我也进不了去了，去哪个项目玩，都只准我小孩进去，我进去就要补成人票，这太死板，太令人生气了，去每个地方都要我补成人票，这合理吗，入住时也没有跟我们说清楚，900多一间房，一点也不值，我什么也没玩，小孩进去泡温泉，我进去帮他换衣服也不可以，又要我买票，真气死人，再也不想来了。
