订付了3间豪华海景房，办理入住手续的时候前台工作人员坚决说一直一间是普通非海景房，出示订单记录交涉很久才解决，效率低下。礼宾部行李寄存处工作人员的态度更是不敢恭维，严重影响酒店形象。值得肯定的是地理位置和各项设施都蛮赞，客房部打扫卫生的阿姨也很有素养。
