优点是这家酒店位置还可以，楼下就有便利店，小吃店，步行约十分钟有家乐福，商场，步行二十分钟可到海滨公园，海边，家庭房适合带小孩住，但这家酒店是公寓是的，酒店里有住户，所以热水器是每户装一个，屋里设施比较陈旧，门关上需要非很大劲，屋里也有一股大概是发霉的味道，屋里没有地毯直接是瓷砖，刚开门一股味道，有点滑，马桶是一个古老的特别大的东西，按键的位置特别古怪也不大能冲干净，洗手间返味，服务感觉很差，首先有A座B座，没座都有同样的房间，前台未告知我们是哪座，上楼去发现无法开门才发现是座不对，房间发现没有洗发水沐浴露，出去一趟发现门打不开前台说是电池没电了，等服务员来等了一阵，相比每人20的价格早餐还不错，味道一般，有两样炒菜，两样凉菜，两种水果，还有其他一些主食，有现煮的米粉 ，下次不会再住了。

这家酒店的配套设施已经很旧了，而且也不干净，地毯脏的让我觉得恶心，地砖，窗帘，所有房间里面的玻璃及镜子都是又旧又脏。房间里卫生间的下水道返味道，又骚又臭。酒店的早餐也非常简单，没有几样东西。

房间挺大，但设施有点老了，卫生太差，烧水壶外面脏的不忍直视，一直没有烧水喝，早上热水还停了😓，不会再来了
