酒店房间舒适卫生，环境优美，服务人员很热情，很有亲和力，主动打招呼、微笑接待、很热情而且有耐心，也乐于提供各种帮助，早餐也十分丰富。所处的地理位置好，交通方便。

在网上预定没办法预定具体的房间位置是真的难受.来了之后前台先给的是4楼的最尽头的最后一间房,协调之后前台给了2楼的房间,结果发现门锁是坏的,不能反锁,然后前台还说酒店内的大部分门锁都是不能反锁的？再三保证安保是没问题的.我大老远跑过来人生地不熟的还没办法反锁门求个心安？这不是闹呢？
再三要求之下才又给换了一间门锁是好的屋子，紧接着晚上就看到宾馆接待了旅行团，很吵．
房间只有几个昏暗的小灯，晚上读书写字什么的完全不行，就连看个手机都眼睛疼，自己买了个台灯．厕所的排风扇是没有开关的，只能一直开着，就这样还能闻见一阵阵地沟的臭味，自己买的空气清新剂．我住了５晚，有三晚都在床上和地毯上发现了蚂蚁，腿上和胳膊上被咬了很多个小包，起了小疹子，得亏珠海的天气最近还行，不然太潮湿了还指不定能看到什么其他的虫子呢，卫生状况堪忧．
整体是真的不太满意的，要不是离着朋友近，唉．
