9月15日预定的，赶上台风，续订一天，刚好该店的网络系统升级，不能用网络续订，但是该酒店的二个值班前台都拒绝还要按照网上订房价格结算！请他们请示领班，他们拒绝了！最后离店了！办理退房时，见到了领班，把情况想她反应了！这家前台人员真是该下岗培训了！
