The hotel is comfortable enough but the service is terrible. They don't clean your room daily nor change your bed-sheet or towels unless you make a request. I made a request once at the front desk in my four nights stay and the hotel just forgot to clean when I came back. The staff there are not particularly friendly nor hospitable. Given the quality of its service it is overpriced.

酒店特别新，大堂的风格我特别喜欢??，房间也很让人惊讶，床很大，窗台还有软垫和小桌子，窗外就是uic校园了，只是附近还在施工，不过并没有感觉到有什么影响，总体特别棒，性价比超高

酒店早餐，非常差，和食堂的有什么区别？一小团炒粉，小碗粥，一个茶叶蛋，杂粮包。不是自助，是服务员给你配的。吃不好。吃不饱！应该不会有下次了

酒店位于uic新校区，装修很好，卫生极佳，且有Wi-Fi信号很好，很遗憾之前没有订上该酒店在外面到处找，幸好学校已开学房源不那么紧张了。下次还会选择这里。推荐！！！

太差了，特别服务，我说我从北师珠走路过去，9.8公里，女前台就说没错啊你按导航过来，也不说可以从旁边路过来，好吧我走过来了结果整条路修路都是烂泥，也不提醒，到了酒店之后隔音又差，楼上走路干点什么一清二楚，Wi-Fi也是要打电话去前台问，真的一点细节一点服务没有的酒店
