第一次订，感受到的服务差！为两个同事分别订了两间大床房，都是在艺龙官网订购的(时间一前一后相差几分钟）结果到了酒店，楞是说我第一个订的没有，向酒店前台说明了情况后，他们也不联系艺龙，直接一句话没有，我们也住过不少酒店，但是这个所谓的五星级酒店服务也是醉了，我们自己联系了艺龙，确认了网上确实已经成功付款，是酒店这边没有确认。我第一次联系艺龙客服是晚上11：11分，说帮我们联系酒店，但是同事就在酒店前台并没有看到酒店接到任何电话，二十分钟后，同事自己又联系了艺龙，一直等待回复，就这样由我们自己在艺龙和酒店两方间联系，订单生成时间22：47，问题解决时间：23：49。艺龙处理不及时，酒店前台不作为。一个小小的确认问题，酒店跟艺龙打个电话就可以解决的，结果让客户自己打电话在艺龙和酒店之间折腾了大半个小时。
入住后，热水不热，空调不行：现在的天气空调开到28度也感觉冷。

奇葩的酒店。。。
wifi能链接，不能上网，无法解决。
突然停电，已过30分钟，电话询问前台，告知不知道为什么停电，也不知道什么时候来电，只会回答，电话太多了，响个不停。。。
另外，早上退房开发票，10分钟都开不了出来。
另外，前台的服务态度实在是太差了。
为什么没有负分可以评啊？
