我们在付全款预订了4月22号入住，23号退房，两间高级大床房。晚上去入住时开始被告知我们只是订了一间房，没有两间，当时再让前台重新确认，她回复我们的确订了两间，但因为有一位长期住的顾客需要续住，没退房，所以我们只有1间大床房，最后只剩一间双人房了，没得选择。这些事情都是我们在晚上12点到酒店登记入住才被告知！！！新航做的非常不妥的地方在于，没有提前与我们沟通便私自转让我们需要的房型转给别人，且到了以后态度非常冷漠，仅仅以别人长期入住的需要续住为理由敷衍我们，前台还面无表情说：“我们不可能赶别人走吧？！”这是正当理由吗？！这简直是在侵害我们的消费权益！！！不管别人是不是长期续住，我们付了全额房费就应该要全天保留给我们！！这不是一个正常的逻辑吗？凭什么你们新航有权利这么做？！！我们晚上11/12点到酒店，怀疑再晚一点，估计我们全额支付的房间都给别人住了！后面正好有个客人要退一间商务大床房，正常来说新航应该给我们免费升级，然而前台很冷漠的一句：现在有个商务大床房了，要付差价，要不要？还需要我们付差价！没有任何服务意识！！作为吉珠校友看到学校附近唯一一家酒店居然服务这么差，只能差评了！！！！！

酒店位置不错，离机场很近，大约四公里左右，在吉林大学珠海学院附近，酒店负责接送机，就是前台服务态度不太好，其他都可以。
