一直是艺龙的忠实用户，但是这回特别失望，我老公因为一个病人突发状况紧急安排4号的手术，所以我们一家的珠海之行就无法实现了，我和艺龙的客服说明了情况希望客服可以和供应商协调，做特殊情况处理取消订单，艺龙也第一时间处理了，但是给到的答复是不可取消不可更改入住时间，这个也无可厚非这个供应商的不通情理，但是我又不死心的题了很多解决方案，例如我自己联系酒店或者供应商协调或者转卖房间我自己承担一部分费用，但是艺龙的客服就像机器人一样无论我说什么都是以不可取消不可更改这几个字来回答，让人感觉很不人性化很不通情理，冷冰冰的，然后来一句特殊原因指的是不可抗力，病人突发紧急情况也不是我故意的，虽然说客服和我素不相识没必要为我的个人原因尽心尽力，但是哪怕你表面上说几句安慰人的话也好，就只会一直重复不可更改不可取消！

每次来珠海都住华发商都，基本上这里的酒店都住过了，给心怡家提个建议，每天可以送两只免费的纯净水，可以配备一次性须刨，顾客有需要的时候回应的速度再快些，其实都是一些小细节体现酒店品质，希望下次再入住心怡家能有些许改变。
