我们定的豪华双人房，但看不出豪华啰，但这个价格还算接受，特别是卫生很差，我当晚就看到两只"小强"，其中一只给我打死了，表面看就算整洁，其中内有卫生隐患，还有订房过程中，出了点问题，客服未能帮忙解决，不够人性化，而且是即时反咉情况的，相差半个小时都解决不了。还有修改日期要收30%手续费，我是新注册会员来的，第一帮衬就这样了，太失望了。应该吾会有下次啰。

服务态度差 没有入住还不能退款 空出房间也不通知 解决了半天还没有一个结果 左推右推打电话过去还凶人 再也不会去那家店了 白白丢掉250块钱 就当是花钱买个教训吧！
