首先，云来客栈的房型都差不多，11月四个人去和昨天去，给我同一房型，多个人，只是多给一套睡觉用的东西，重点是，给了同一个房间，没错，是同一个房间，两次都给了同一个房间，窗外的景，只有布景板和几个树枝，二楼电梯右手第一个房间，住那个走廊的人都要路过，有点嘈。第二，房间热水壶是坏的，有烟味，真的有烟味。感觉部分服务比前次差一点，不过大部分还是很好的。不到两个月玩了两次，对硬件设备方面有点失望

很早就聽朋友介绍御温泉度假村了，此次同家人一同去御温泉感覺非常愉快，首先是服務，因為是周中去的，可能人員不是很多，但是還是感覺很熱鬧，這同渡假村服務人員的體貼服務是分不開的，不管是泡溫泉時，還是用餐時都可以看到他們忙碌的身影，其次是溫泉的各類也很多，房間也很溫馨，周邊的環境也很愜意，總之感覺一切都很舒適，是一次非常愉快的、真正的渡假，家人們也很滿意，下次我們還會光顧御温泉！
