珠海的天气真好，这次入住铂尔曼酒店整体感觉非常舒服，大堂非常漂亮，前台工作人员和进门的行李生态度都很好，服务很专业，我住的房间朝向富华里商业街，夜色很美，下次还会来

三年前表弟结婚摆酒就过来，后来习惯珠海出差住这里。楼下逛街吃东西很方便。
然而，这两年让我大跌眼镜，连续两年，室温上到二十几度，作为自称五星级酒店，居然没有空调。连续两年，都居然大热天不开空调！再三和前台确认，没开空调！工程师来，也说不开空调。也不让退房！说还不需要空调！住五星级酒店，没有空调，民宿也不至于吧？
我想点评，没有空调的五星级酒店😂😂😂😂
我想问这个五星是谁评的？！？？？

大概晚上七点到的酒店。竟然没有门童帮忙拿行李。这应该是我在所有星级酒店里唯一一次碰到这么浮躁的。地理位置很好，附近就是商圈。但是整体服务态度应该加强。

房间升级到了高楼层很满意！意想不到的是房间还开了供暖，爱了爱了，地理位置很好，房间大小适中，酒店就在富华里商圈，出入很方便！前台接待员也很好！推荐推荐！

停车方便 前台服务热情温柔 但是房间卫生一般（掉地上的包装袋都清理）欢迎水果是三只苹果有点low 而去只有第一天有 后面续住就没了
