  酒店非常好，环境很漂亮，在山野之间，依山傍水，空气也很好，房间里面非常乾净，酒店前台很热情，服务周到，酒店早餐种类丰富，餐厅服务人员也很热情，味道美味可口，服务周到细致，管家婷婷也很贴心，下次还会再来的

  萌宠亲子房很可爱，娃很喜欢，实现了滑滑梯自由。管家鸭鸭服务很好，会提前加vx发一些指南和攻略给我们。酒店餐厅味道还不错，早餐是自助餐形式，菜品还比较丰富的。亲子活动也挺多，做了手工，体验了取火计划、篝火晚会和烟花，惊喜的是放烟花时还有人造雪！

  点评主要是给宠物家庭看的哈。 1.酒店硬件： 我们住的是树屋套房，视野还不错。楼下客厅，楼上卧室。但是楼下空调和地暖很慢，元旦还是蛮冷，就只能呆楼上。入住送了狗狗的小零食（一个小罐头+磨牙棒）早上有狗狗的早餐（鸡胸肉+西兰花） 2.狗狗可以玩什么: 度假村里有个大草坪可以放开玩球，也可以沿着度假村里的河散步，度假村后门就是秦皇古道的最后一段2公里多，没啥人，不用牵绳。 2.酒店服务： 感觉各部门协作很差的，有好有坏的。 好的是： 微信管家回应很及时，也能解决问题，值得肯定。开电瓶车的小姐姐对宠物也很友好。 差的第一点: 开进来后到大堂，居然没人指引停车&帮忙拿行李。怀疑到了一个假度假村。 差的第二点也是最不愉快的： 酒店的餐厅服务。首先微信沟通过，有个小包间可带狗狗用餐，到了又不给？后面发现是堆了东西在里面嫌麻烦。我们説坐在大厅角落也不给，大厅有客人説不介意我们带狗狗可以坐他们旁边也不给，就僵在那里。在我发飙的前一秒，最终帮小包间清了才吃上晚餐。这是服务行业吗？这是宠物友好吗？这是各部门协作吗？酒店餐厅是外包吗？

  2026年亲子游第一站，从诸暨芳草地开始！各方面都很满意！滑梯房娃玩的停不下来～元旦活动很丰富，篝火晚会和烟花秀氛围太棒了，还有造雪的惊喜！酒店服务也不错，管家鸭鸭很nice，提前加了微信告知活动，还送了小朋友玩具和伴手礼～酒店周边山清水秀，小溪穿流而过，不敢相信到了夏天会有多好玩，下次一定要带娃过来玩水！

  房间空间大，采光好，明亮，设施齐全，前台服务非常好，房问非常乾净整洁，床垫非常柔软舒适，东西都比较齐全，早餐东西很多，味道不错，服务挺好的很用心，管家婷婷也非常贴心，服务很好 就是大床房这边隔音稍微差了点
