服务态度一向很好，只不过到了晚上八九点左右前台和房务中心的电话会打不通，甚至连总机也是。这就有点不太方便。住的房间洗脸台的池子下水慢，廊灯晚上有一个关不了，需改进。早上八点多就有装修的声音，半夜有狗叫…但是酒店的工作人员做事积极，有什么要求会尽量满足

酒店靠近西施故里景区，走路10分钟之内，我们在景区内吃的饭。酒店设施不算新，尤其是空调略微反应慢，其他浴缸之类都不错。早餐也不错，花样比较多。价格不算贵，性价比较高。
