太脏太差了，明明预定的时候上面含双早的，因为他们的原因没有，没有也就算了，连个说法也没有，服务态度太差了。从未见过这么差的。

酒店个别前台接待态度不好，交通不是特别便利，处于城西商务区，外卖隔绝区。房间挺大的，床单很会滑动，薄。卫生间洗漱台的水龙头水花四溅，要小心衣服被弄湿。中央空调没什么感觉，内外温差不大。不过酒店设计很好，有精致的感觉。

首先是离市中心比较偏 ，再有就是早餐太差！从7点半到9点，比其他酒店开的晚，还收得早 ，并且几乎没什么吃的 。最令人气愤的是 ，办入住时明明是入住3天 ，并刷了3天的预授权 ，但只给你做了一天的门卡 。当上楼发现打不开门 ，跑下去问她们 ，居然还理直气壮地坐在那里说：“你本来就该先到前台再刷一下卡的！” 我在之前非常差的酒店遇到过这样的情况 ，这是行业内最低级最落伍的服务意识了 ！ 地毯及脏！房间大多没有衣柜 ，而且没有行李架 ，箱子只能放在地上！ 别的就不提了 ，永远都不会再住这里。
