本来定的是1.8的大床房，结果给我1.5的床，还强词夺理说我定的就是1.5，我又不是说没有截图，清清楚楚写着大床房1.8，国庆节人多房间订满了我理解，但是服务行业最重要就是态度，人多态度就散漫了？一开始说退我20块差价，我不是说差这20块钱，一家三口带着宝宝我就要1.8米的大床才定的，后来直接让我退房，还是所谓的经理说的，你国庆房间人多你就屌了，大晚上十一点你让我退房？你让我睡大街么！店大欺客简直了，你既然没有1.8的床为什么页面上还能定，这明摆着就是欺骗，你好好跟客户说我都能理解，谁想你还狡辩，还怪我的问题，呵呵怪我咯，后来打了艺龙客服的电话才给我加了一张床，总之很不满意，心情极度不爽，我客观平价其他方面还是可以的，处理紧急问题的能力和态度简直是辣鸡！！好像国庆节房间都被订满了就感觉自己屌死了一样

房间也干净，性价比也高的，就是十一期间服务有点跟不上，要点什么都要等很久！酒店位置也很好找
