2月27日507房住客杨晨:前台服务质量稀烂:出门前续费前台说已经预付过了直接拿房卡来刷一下即可:我们一同三人出行:我跟朋友离开酒店后就电话通知最后一人出门前去前台刷卡:结果晚上快十点打电话来说我们没有下单:准备单方面从押金里面按门市价扣除房费:前台服务什么*东西:不差那几十块钱差价:态度恶心人…自己的错自己承担:百般解释推给客人是个什么意思……去年买了一车表送给你们！
