网络无法使用、电视无法播放、处理无结果.说好叫人上来弄、结果等四十分钟没人管、打电话到前台不了了之、空调效果极差、零晨四点被冻醒、造成严重感冒.请平台认真对待客户、处理好合作酒店的不足

房间新装修还不错，地理位置的话，我按夜宵这个方面算，比较偏，下面就一个夜宵摊子，超市买东西倒挺方便。前台入住因为没查到订单，入住时间有点长。
